Guest Chef Nelson - French Bistro Meal
Guest Chef Jerry Nelson prepared a French Bistro Meal for our class on July 12. The menu included Brie Soup, Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic, Pommes Anna and a Tart Tatin with homemade Creme Fraiche. Samples of all the dishes were served to the guests. Everyone received copies of the recipes so they could recreate the bistro experience at home.
