Your personal instructor, Carol Seminara has worked as a professional food stylist for national TV commercial clients, catered events large and small, and entertained and cooked for family and friends for years. Carol is co-owner of Cottages at Limestone on Main Bed and Breakfast in the Texas HIll Country at Fredericksburg and founder of Fredericksburg Culinary Arts which features demonstration cooking classes at Fischer & Wieser's Das Peach Haus.

Individual classes can be scheduled for days or evenings, and tailored to fit your schedule
