FBGCA Class Schedule - 2009

Classes are held on Saturdays at Fischer & Wieser's Das Peach Haus
1406 South US Hwy 87 in Fredericksburg. Classes are usually limited to 12 participants. Prices vary by class.
Classes include ample samples of the prepared dishes and copies of all the recipes demonstrated. Menus may vary.

We go localvore (buy local - eat better) at the Fredericksburg Farmers' Market on Thursday selecting the freshest offerings to create our menu for the Saturday class. It's always fun, fresh and delicious.

Our menu for entertaining features dishes representing the six national flags that have flown over the Lone Star State. The recipes include: Sangria from Spain, Seared Tuna Canape for France, Empanadas from Mexico, Shypoke Eggs for Texas, Spicy Pecans for the Confederacy and Mini Cheeseburgers for the good ol' USA.
