FBGCA Class Schedule - SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER '08

Classes are held weekly at Fischer & Wieser's Das Peach Haus,1406 South US Hwy 87 in Fredericksburg. Classes are usually limited to 16 participants. Prices vary by class.
Classes include ample samples of the prepared dishes and copies of all the recipes demonstrated. Menus may vary.

Give this year's holiday baking an international flavor. In addition to the recipes, each class member will get a gift box of baked cookies to take home. (If they last that long.)
